Hum Aapke Hain Koun, the Salman Khan starring film of Rajshri Productions was a great hit. The songs of the film amazed audiences and every time a new song would be added, audiences will again flock to the theaters to watch the film again. This was the popularity that the songs in the film had. Madhuri Dixit and Salman Khan got iconic with their lead roles.
Shah Rukh Khan and Pretiya Zinta’s Veer Zaara showed the love story of an Indian boy with a Pakistani girl. The beauty in which the narrative presented the goodness of both the countries and equalled them was brilliant. A big mainstay of the film was again its music. SRK and Preity gave power-packed performances, as they played lovers who were separated by countries, but united by love.
Aamir Khan’s Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak introduced the big screen with great actors like Aamir and Juhi Chawla. The two of them played eternal lovers who could not unite in life, but united post their death. A tragedy, with some great songs, this film is evergreen in the minds of film watchers.
