Read to know if Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan is getting delayed due to Covid-19

The second wave of Covid-19 pandemic has taken the daily cases of coronavirus infections to an all-time high of over 1.26 lakh. The Maharashtra government on Sunday, in a set of new restrictions, announced that theatres across the state will remain closed until April 30 in view of the alarming rise in the number of coronavirus cases.

The second wave has badly hit the entertainment industry badly. Films like Sooryavanshi, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai releases have been postponed indefinitely. Now there’s an update on Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan too.

As per reports in media, with new restrictions imposed by the Maharashtra government owing to the rise of COVID-19 cases in the state, FWICE general secretary Ashok Dubey revealed that set construction of both Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan and Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra has been put on hold. Daily wage workers, who work under the studio department, will be suffering the most.

After the decision it seems that the movie will get further delayed, however, there is no confirmation on the news yet.
