Rosé is the stage name of Australian singer Roseanne Chae-young Park, born in Auckland, New Zealand, on February 11, 1997. She currently resides in South Korea. She is a Blackpink member. She was given the Korean name Park Chae-young and was born Roseanne Park in Auckland, New Zealand. She was raised in Melbourne, Australia.

BLACKPINK has established numerous online records during its career. Within the first 24 hours of release, their music videos for “Kill This Love” (2019) and “How You Like That” (2020) each broke three records and created two new ones for the most watched music videos. As of February 2022, they were the most subscribed music act on the site, the most followed music act on Spotify, and the first Korean female act to have five music videos each get one billion views on YouTube.

Some of their additional accomplishments include being named the first female Korean group on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Asia list, winning the New Artist of the Year Award at the 31st Golden Disc Awards and the 26th Seoul Music Awards, the Mnet Asian Music Award for Best Female Group in 2020, the first MTV Music Video Award for a Korean girl group, and the Mnet Asian Music Award for Best Female Group in 2019.

They were ranked among the top celebrities in South Korea by Forbes Korea, taking the top spot in 2019, third in 2020, and second in 2021. In January 2021, South Korean President Moon Jae-in recognized BLACKPINK as a global K-pop phenomenon and gave them credit for spreading K-pop music worldwide.
