Loona diehards were taken aback when BlockBerry Creative, their label, declared that vocalist Kim Ji-Woo aka Chuu, had been fired from the band. The agency reported Chuu’s dismissal on Friday, invoking “violent language and misuse of power” toward a member from the label.

The K-pop star has now spoken out on how she feels about the scenario. Chuu reacted with her own assertion on her Instagram account. The 23-year-old had outright dismissed all of the agency’s accusations and retained that she hadn’t done that could be humiliating to her aficionados.

Denying all the allegations, K-pop star Chuu wrote, “Hello, this is Chuu. Thank you so much for your concern and comfort. As I have not received any contact regarding this series of situations or know anything about them, I’m currently grasping the situation, but what I’m sure of is that I haven’t done anything that would be shameful to my fans. In the future, as my position is decided, I will share another statement. Thank you so much for your concern and for trusting in me.” As quoted by News18.
