Justin Beiber is a singer, songwriter, and actor. Justin was discovered by a talent manager, Scooter Braun, at the age of 13 through his YouTube cover song videos. Justin believes in keeping himself fit and healthy. He lifts five times a week for about 45 minutes. Justin uses a three-day body-part split: one workout session for the back and triceps, one session for the chest and biceps, and the other session for the legs and shoulders.

During his workouts, he performs a series of exercises that target different muscle groups. These exercises include wide-grip pull-ups with lying triceps extensions, wide-grip rows with cable pushdowns, and dumbbell rows with pushups. His trainer, Nilsson, recommends doing 3-4 sets of each exercise with 8-12 reps, resulting in 9-12 sets per muscle group per session.
