Yesudas is the recipient of Eight national awards, he has recorded over 80,000 songs in different languages from Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi to Latin and Arabic. He is an inspiration and a role model to many aspiring singers of all time.
There is an appropriate answer as to why Yesudas is often considered tas the ‘Ganagandharvan’ (Celestial Singer) it is because of the angelic voice he posses must have been a heaven’s gift to him.
