Harlow released ‘Nail Tech,’ his first new song in almost a year, on Friday (February 18). The song, which was released alongside a video starring City Girls rapper Yung Miami, was well welcomed by fans, debuting at No. 2 on the US Spotify list.

Kanye West – now officially known as Ye – is a fan of the song, and he headed to Instagram on February 18 to applaud the Kentucky rapper.

“This n***a can raaaap And I’m using the word n***a as a compliment because the Top 5 out right now is n***a.”

Harlow learned of West’s support and shared a screenshot of Ye’s message, calling it “one of the best moments of my life.”

Harlow’s first album, ‘That’s What They All Say,’ was released at the end of 2020.

In August, he released “SUVs (Black on Black),” a summer collaboration with Pooh Shiesty.

Meanwhile, West was preparing to release ‘DONDA 2’, the follow-up to his critically praised ‘DONDA’ album, which was released on Tuesday (February 22). West has planned a concert in Miami to coincide with the release of the album.

West also made an unexpected cameo at the Los Angeles premiere of the Netflix documentary jeen-yuhs (February 11). Following the screening, the celebrity addressed those attempting to cancel him and DaBaby, who was present, and said that Apple Music had given him $100 million (£74 million) to distribute ‘DONDA.’
