Well, Sonu Nigam has come a long long way after that hit song and we are sure the teens of 90s will definitely know why we love Sonu and his beautiful voice so much.
Sonu Nigam was born on 30 July 1973, in Faridabad, Haryana, India and he is a famous Indian musician and singer. Apart from this he is also known as a composer, music producer, music programmer, live performer and that just always makes us think if there is anything this talented personality can’t do! Sonu completed his school education in Delhi and then went on to graduate from Delhi University as well.
He started his singing career at the age of four with his father and that is like as early a start that anyone could have ever gotten! “Kya Hua Tera Wada” was his first song he sang on stage.
He then took part in various musical competitions and won most of them. He got his first break in playback singing for the film Janam but unfortunately, the film did not release. Gulshan Kumar later offered him a singing contract for his upcoming project ‘Bewafa Sanam” and the song was Achcha Sila Diya Tune, which went on to become such a huge hit and also put Sonu on the map of Bollywood.
But that’s not it! Sonu Nigam has even tried his hand at acting and the audiences and millions of his fans flowers down to the cinema halls to simply watch him act. He acted in several movies like Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani, Kash Aap Hamare Hote, and Love in Nepal. Truly versatile, wouldn’t you say?
