BTS turned on a VLIVE stream to communicate with their fans after attending the 64th GRAMMY Awards in Las Vegas. The programme, however, halted barely a few seconds after it began.
It was switched off, according to fans, in order to rectify the screen, which was turned on vertically. Those who caught the last few seconds of this observed Jungkook attempting to repair the screen as it shut off.
The broadcast resumed shortly after, but the server eventually crashed.
Fans using the app were unable to progress past this point.
