Neha Kakkar has made great strides in the entertainment business! She is currently one of Bollywood’s most well-known vocalists. Many people might not be aware that she began singing when she was quite young. She began her career at the age of four by singing songs at religious gatherings. She later took part in the second season of the singing reality series Indian Idol, but sadly she was eliminated before the halfway point. She struggled a lot before making her Bollywood debut as a chorus singer in the movie Meerabai Not Out, and she gained notoriety for the Cocktail dance number “Second Hand Jawani.” Did you know, though, that she abruptly lost her big break to this well-known singer?

According to the Tellychakkar article, Neha had a difficult time and had several rejections after being chosen for the project. When things didn’t work out, Neha reportedly missed the chance to playback sing for Bipasha Basu on the song “Gazab bhayo Rama,” which was reportedly the first song of her career for a well-known Bollywood celebrity.

Evidently, Pritam felt Neha’s voice wasn’t appropriate for Bipasha. Sunidhi Chauhan, a well-known Bollywood vocalist, later took Neha’s spot.
Neha may have missed out on a chance back then, but if we look at her records now, we can see that she has sung many well-known party songs, including “Sunny Sunny” from Yaariyan, “London Thumakda” from Queen, “Aao Raja” from Gabbar Is Back, “Tu Isaq Mera” from Hate Story 3, “Kala Chashma” for the movie Baar Baar Dekho.
