Ayushmann Khurrana has definitely managed to create a stir and buzz around the film right from the very beginning from its trailer days. The way Ayushmann effortlessly pulled off the characterization and voice-over of a girl was fantastic, and fans couldn’t be happier. The trailer of ‘Dream Girl’, which has created immense excitement amongst the fans. However, in this song, Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen in a different avatar, romancing Nushrat Bharucha and giving a glimpse of the sizzling chemistry that the two share. ‘Ik Mulaqaat’ perfectly captures the shyness and excitement of a first date. Ayushmann and Nushrat are seen traipsing through the narrow alleyways of a colorful bazaar, sharing sweet-nothings with each other. The Sufi-inspired melody, composed by Meet Bros, ‘Ik Mulaqaat’ has been sung by Altamash Faridi and Palak Muchhal, and the lyrics have been penned by Shabbir Ahmed.

Dream Girl boasts of a crackling ensemble cast of Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Manjot Singh, Nidhi Bisht, Rajesh Sharma, Abhishek Banerjee, and Raj Bhansali and the movie is being directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa. The movie is all set to release on 13th September 2019.
