Rahul Vaidya often speaks his mind openly and bluntly, and this time, he raised his voice with the unfair trolling of Alia Bhatt. The Bollywood actress, who is currently representing India on the global stage at Cannes 2026, was seen taking photos with photographers on the red carpet in one of her videos. This led to trolls targeting her, claiming she did this because she didn’t get enough attention from the foreigners there on the red carpet.
The singer, who last appeared in Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment Season 3, didn’t hesitate to respond to these trolls, putting up an Instagram story. The singer defended Alia, taking a dig at those commenting on her and trolling in a sarcastic note. He appreciated Alia’s look and felt pride.
In his note, Rahul said, “Funny how people sitting with zero achievements become fashion critics, Cannes analysts, and global PR experts overnight.”
Praising Alia, he said, “At least Alia Bhatt is out there representing India on one of the biggest global platforms, looking absolutely stunning, owning her space, and making her presence felt.”
He further highlighted that every moment doesn’t need too much hype, “Not every moment needs screaming crowds and manufactured hype to validate someone’s worth. Real stars don’t beg for attention – they carry it naturally.”
Rahul, taking a dig, said, “The obsession some portals have with tearing successful women down for clicks is honestly embarrassing now. Negativity gets views, but talent, hard work, and grace always outlive cheap headlines.”
And concluded with, “She looked beautiful. She IS a huge star. And most importantly, she’s talented enough to not need validation from Instagram comment sections.
Maybe instead of constantly trying to humble successful people, learn to appreciate Indians shining globally.”
