It has definitely shocked many fans how K-pop idol Lia from Itzy has lost so much weight. So how did she do it? Let’s take some diet tips from her.

Our favorite icon, Lia began her career with JYP Entertainment as a trainee in 2017 before joining ITZY. Lia’s face was just as beautiful before she appeared as it was after she debuted. Her pale skin glittered brightly, giving her a sweet and innocent appearance.

Lia’s debut era began in February 2019 with the song “DALLA DALLA” in Itzy. After seeing Lia’s old photos, there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with her before or after her debut, was there? Lia, on the other hand, appears to have gone on an extreme diet, since she appears to be much slimmer than she was previously.

Although netizens are appreciating her new look, they are also worried about her health. They are concerned that Lia’s health will deteriorate or have an eating disorder.

But what is it that made her lose so much weight? Wanna know her eating style and dieting tips? Lia once shared that she eats food really slow. She smells the food first, enjoys the conversation going on, and relishes every bite of the food she intakes.

Lia normally wakes up late around noon when she has no plans and begins her day with brunch. She’ll have a smoothie or eat some fruit. Lia stated she eats snacks several times during the day. She’ll eat a cherry tomato dressed with honey or balsamic vinegar.

She prefers carbs for dinner, so she goes out and gets kimchi fried rice! If you can’t obtain kimchi in your location, normal fried rice will suffice. You can top it with mozzarella cheese, just like Lia does it!
