On New Year’s Day, two K-pop stars — Kai from the boy band EXO and Jennie from the girl group BLACKPINK – made their relationship public. Kai, the group’s principal dancer, went to Jennie’s house on December 2 after returning to Seoul with EXO from Hawaii, purportedly with a gift he had purchased for her while in Hawaii.
