The “Bodak Yellow” rapper shared a stunning candid maternity photo on Instagram on July 10 to announce the arrival of her and her husband’s first child. The newborn girl’s name, Kulture Kiari Cephus, was also disclosed by her. It is a play on the true name of the Migos member, Kiari Kendrell Cephus.
The happy mother ultimately decided to stop performing after Kulture was born in order to concentrate on her postpartum recovery. “I believed that six weeks would be enough time for me to mentally and physically heal after giving birth to my daughter.” At the time, Cardi said on Twitter, “I also thought I’d be able to bring her on tour, but I suppose I misunderstood this whole parenting thing.” “I’m not physically ready, but I’m also not ready to leave my child behind since the doctors say it’s not healthy for her to be on the road,” she said.
