Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is a Pakistani composer, principally of Qawwali, a devotional melody of the Muslim religion Sufis. Khan is one of the greatest and top-paid vocalists in Pakistan. He is the relative of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, son of the legendary Farrukh Fateh Ali Khan and also the grandson of legendary and highly respected Qawwali vocalist Fateh Ali Khan. In expansion to Qawwali, he also conducts ghazals and another light melody.
His many numbers have been high octane tremendous renditions of music. Afreen Afreen, Garaj Baras, Aaj Rang Hai etc have been memorable.
