The ace badminton player had to settle for a historic silver medal in the BWF World Championships in Spain after he lost the final clash 15-21, 20-22 in 43 minutes against Loh Kean Yew of Singapore.
What’s good and positive is that it is India’s first silver medal in the men’s event at the Worlds.
