Big news coming in the Sushil Kumar case.
As per the latest reports in Times Of India, a Delhi High Court extended wrestler Sushil Kumar and his associate Ajay Kumar’s police custody by 4 days in connection with the murder of a young wrestler.
Metropolitan Magistrate Mayank Goel was quoted by TOI as saying,
“No one is above law and law treats everyone equally. Though the Constitution guarantees the right to life and liberty to all persons whether they are accused or not, but that right is also subject to certain exceptions.”
