As per the latest reports in Times Of India, World Championships bronze medallist Lakshya Sen has managed to stun Olympic gold medal winner Viktor Axelsen in a hard-fought match in order to enter the final of the German Open Super 300 tournament. It is to be noted that Lakshya had earlier claimed his maiden Super 500 title at the India Open in January and he certainly continued to dominate and prove his supremacy as he sent the world No. 1 and top-seed Axelsen packing with a 21-13, 12-21, 22-20 win in the semi-final. It was a close contest that lasted for a little over one hour.
