Sad news coming in for all fans of Chennai Super Kings and IPL.
As per reports in news18.com, 1 CSK player and about a dozen of franchise support staff have tested positive for Covid-19.
The MS Dhoni-led team landed in Dubai on August 21 and after the mandatory six-day quarantine period, they started training.
Reports also suggest that the Covid-19 positive player is an Indian International fast bowler thereby raising concerns that it could be either Shardul Thakur or Deepak Chahar.
We wish the player and the support staff a speedy recovery and here’s hoping everything falls on track again.
