The grand wedding ceremony was held at a five-star hotel in Varanasi. The groom, from Rohtas district in Bihar, came to Varanasi with his baraat for the wedding. Reportedly, the couple got married today, Thursday, June 25, 2026.

And with the photos in the caption, the cricketer wrote, “This beautiful wedding felt more like documenting two legends walking out for their forever innings. For the big day, Akash looked like a royal prince dressed in a creamy embroidered sherwani, and the long sword elevated his look. On the other hand, Akshita looked mesmerizing in a red bridal lehenga and complementary accessories.
