Chris Gayle completed a gigantic feat of hitting 1000 sixes in T20 during yesterday’s match against Rajasthan Royals. Although he missed out on his 100 by just one run, ‘Universe Boss’ still dominated the game like never before.
However, something happened yesterday which will not please the man. A usually calm and composed Chris Gayle showed his emotions to a great extent when he got out for 99. He threw his bat in anger due to which the bat went towards the midwicket region.
Due to this, reports in Hindustan Times suggest that Gayle has been fined 10% of his match fee for breaching IPL’s code of conduct.
