Waqar Younis has undoubtedly been one of the finest fast bowlers in the history of Pakistan cricket. Ever since Pakistan’s big win against India at the ICC T20 World Cup 2021, he found himself in a spot of bother when he ended up saying that it was a treat to watch Md Rizwan offer namaaz prayers in front of many Hindus.
This comment of Waqar didn’t go down well with many and that’s why he has been severely criticized. The former pacer issued an official apology on social media after the incident. Take a look below –
