MS Dhoni is undoubtedly the best captain India has ever got. Dhoni has led the team to numerous victories ever since his debut as the captain. Dhoni has the record of the most matches won by a captain. His winnings are unimaginable. He drove a youthful Indian group to triumph in the inaugural T-20 World Cup in September 2007. In December 2009, India turned into a top test group under his captaincy. He captained Chennai Super Kings (CSK) – his Indian Premier League group – to triumph in April 2010 and lifted the Champions League trophy in September. The mother of all victories came toward the beginning of April the following year: India won the ICC Cricket World Cup after 28 years.

No big surprise, batting legend Sachin Tendulkar calls Dhoni the best among the nine captains he has played in his 21-year profession. Australian legend Greg Chappell considers Dhoni the best captain on the planet today. Previous Indian captain Kapil Dev also considers him one of the best.

Starting from his career up till now, Dhoni has had many changes that can be considered harmful or good. Still, the former captain has transformed himself to his best.
