MS Dhoni is on point the best skipper India has ever got in the history of cricket. Dhoni has driven the team to far greater accomplishment with his marvelous talent in leading the team. Dhoni also holds the record of the most matches won by a skipper. He led his team to a victory with a great win in T20 in the year 2007. The year 2010 was very great for the Indian team as one of the players topped the ICC number 1 ODI rankings. Dhoni holds the record of the fastest top-ranked ODI batsman in the ICC rankings. The current active skipper Virat Kohli did make it to the list in the year 2019 with finishing third in the group. Virat Kohli contributed to 2455 runs which made him the top scorer of the international innings.

In the year 2010, four players were qualified to be on the list of the ICC rankings. First was Dhoni who was at the top, the second was Sachin who was at the 4th position, the third was Yuvraj Singh who was at the 9th position, and Virender Sehwag who completed at 10th position.

Dhoni now plays for the Chennai Super Kings team in the IPL and has completed 200 matches for the team.
