The IPL is currently rated and respected as one of the best T20 domestic tournaments all over the globe and no wonder why we have the biggest of cricketers coming in and competing hard to create an impact. The IPL first started in the year 2008 and from then till now, the tournament has only become more and more competitive with time.
One must note that a lot of players who played IPL earlier have now retired from International and all forms of cricket and hence they are terribly missed by all cricket lovers. If we had to take the name of three such destructive batsmen whom cricket fanatics miss a lot, the names of Adam Gilchrist, Matthew Hayden and Kevin Pietersen are a must in the discussion.
