Ishan Kishan is a popular and rising cricket star in the country and Indian cricket team. The left-hand batsman is a rare talent in cricket. He is also part of the IPL team Mumbai Indians since 2020. His performance on the field is consistent and often made the countryman feel proud of him. 1) Ishan Kishan created history with his bat from Jharkhand. The left-hand batter scored the highest individual score by a batsman in the Ranji Trophy from Jharkhand. It was the match against Delhi in the 2016 Ranji Trophy Season. To save his team, Ishan came to beat number six. Ishan bashed the bowler to get 273 runs off 336 deliveries. Ishan made 21 fours and 14 sixes and simply made the audience say wow.. Though Rishabh Pant and Unmukt Chand chased it, the match was a draw.
2) Another record Ishan created is the highest opening partnership in T20. It was a match between Afghanistan and Ireland at Dehradun stadium. The best opening partnership by Ishan Kishan and Shikhar Dhawan. Both the left hand batsman played a master inning. Ishan Kishan scored 124 runs, facing 49 deliveries, and Shikhar Dhawan backed him with 68. The duo chased the 204 runs in the 14th over itself with nine smashing fours and 12 sixes.
3) Ishan Kishan made history, becoming the 7th batsman in the One Day International to hit a double century and achieve the fastest in his third ODI opposite Bangladesh. The left-hand batter joined the team of Rohit Sharma, Virender Sehwag, and Sachin Tendulkar as Indian cricketers.
