The Mumbai Indians teams recently scored a whopping 235/9 in the ongoing IPL tournament. Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav both scored half-centuries to help Mumbai Indians reach a massive 235/9 in IPL 2021 Match 55 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium.

Mumbai got off to a flying start after deciding to bat first. Ishan Kishan smashed Siddharth Kaul for 18 runs in the second over, hitting four fours in as many deliveries. Mohammad Nabi, Jason Holder, and Umran Malik were all subjected to a brutal lashing by Kishan. The youngster’s explosion continued as he sped to his second successive half-century in just 16 balls, the tournament’s fastest fifty. Rashid Khan broke the blistering opening partnership of 80 runs in the final over of power-play when Sharma top-edged a pull to a diving square leg.

Despite losing Krunal Pandya and Nathan Coulter-Nile on the other end, Suryakumar Yadav hammered boundaries at will and with finesse in the midst. With a loft right down the ground off Kaul, Yadav reached his fiftieth. In the 19th over, he slammed boundaries against Kaul and Holder, followed by a hat-trick of fours off Malik. Holder dismissed Piyush Chawla and Umesh Yadav in the last over to restrict the opposition to just five runs.
