Oscar Winning Playwright Tom Stoppard Dies At 88

The Oscar and Golden Globe-winning playwright Tom Stoppard passed away at the age of 88. He was regarded as the UK’s best playwright. His agents announced his passing away. He won the awards for his screenplay, Shakespeare In Love. He died at his home in Dorset, with his family accompanying him during his last days. King Charles III and Queen Camilla mourned the playwright’s death. They stated that they were ‘deeply saddened’ by his demise and that they lost a very good friend.
