Neha Harsora, popularly known as Sailee of Star Plus’ Udne Ki Aasha, talks about dance having the ability to take her into a completely positive zone. She talks to IWMBuzz.com about the significance of dance in her life.

She says, “Dance keeps you charged, positive, and awake. There’s something about the energy, the loud music, and the movement that instantly lifts your mood. It puts you in a completely different zone. I feel dance is something we should keep nurturing and grooming within ourselves because it helps us to stay mentally and emotionally active.”

She talks about dance, evoking a very different feeling in her. “It’s a very unique and personal feeling. When you dance, you kind of disconnect from everything else. Sometimes, even if you’re feeling low or dealing with emotions you don’t want to feel, dancing helps you push past that. It allows you to feel lighter and better. It’s almost like an escape that helps you reset emotionally.”

On her go-to song to move, Neha says, “I absolutely love dancing to Kaala Chashma. It’s one song I can dance to anytime. I enjoy both the song and the choreography so much that it instantly puts me in the mood to move.”

Ask Neha about her wish to dance with a professional, and she says, “I really admire classical dancers and professional performers. Dancing with someone trained in classical or professional dance would be an incredible experience because of the discipline and grace they bring to the art.”

Neha believes that dance is all about passion and commitment. “I believe anyone can be a dancer. Of course, you need passion and love for dance, but more than that, it’s about dedication and consistency. If you’re willing to practice every day and put in the effort, you can definitely grow and become a good dancer. Talent helps, but commitment matters even more.”
