Enchanting beauty Mahekk Chahal, who has earlier been part of TV show Kawach, is back on screens with Naagin 6 on Colors. “I am excited to play a Naagin. I believe I am excited since I have seen Sridevi’s movie Nagina. Later, I saw the first season of Colors show which was amazing. The franchise kept on growing and one day I got a call and got an offer to play the role of a Naagin. I couldn’t sleep that night as it is such a big brand. I feel that whoever associates with this project always gets success in life. Also, since childhood, I wanted to be a superwoman. So I am really looking forward to this,” said the actress.
Talking about her role, she added, “I am playing a positive character who will seek revenge from the asurs. She is strong at the same time very sensuous. When I was called for narration, I was informed that the look will be very different from the previous Naagins. This time the Naagins will be seen in western avatars and those are definitely attractive.”
When asked about her bond with Tejasswi Prakash and Simba Nagpal, Mahekk mentioned: “We bond very well. In fact, since day 1, we have become friends and I hope it remains the same throughout the season. Both are really sweet. When we three come together, we have great fun on set.”
