Reem Sameer Shaikh was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Reem Shaikh started her acting profession at the age of six in the movie Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi.
She later appeared as Rimjhim in the program Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and as Mishri in the program Diya Aur Baati Hum. She rose to distinction after playing young Kaurwaki, Emperor Ashoka’s wife, in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, alongside Siddharth Nigam.
In 2018, she worked as Sanaya Seth in Colors TV’s hit show Tu Aashiqui as a guest star. In the same year, she was cast as Kalyani Malhar Rane in Zee TV’s new show Tujhse Hai Raabta, for which she won the Gold Debut in Lead Role award in 2019. She represented Malala Yousafzai in the biopic Gul Makai in 2020.
Shaikh has been starring in Colors TV’s Fanaa: Ishq Mein Marjawan as Paakhi Srivastava Raichand since 2022, alongside Zain Imam and Akshit Sukhija.
