Hitesh Bhardwaj who played the romantic hero Manav in Choti Sarrdaarni is happy and elated that he has bagged the title of being successful as a romantic hero.
Hitesh who was earlier a radio jockey and then moved to acting, always had a strong inclination of him being good at comedy.
Says Hitesh, “I have a good lineage in comedy and have always felt that I am good in the genre of making people laugh. In real life too, I am a fun-loving guy. However I was in for a huge surprise when I bagged the role of the romantic hero in Choti Sarrdaarni. I never felt I could pull it off so well.”
Manav and Meher (Nimrit Kaur) as a Jodi won hearts of viewers initially in the show. “There are fans of the Jodi putting up posts and pictures of Manav and Meher even today. They keep sending me messages of appreciation. So I will say that it has been quite a wonderful journey, in finding my way through comedy to die-hard romance.”
