Kunal Jaisingh is known for his prolific performances in shows like Ishqbaaaz, Dil Boley Oberoi, Pavitra Bhagya, Muskuraane Ki Vajah Tum Ho etc. People love Dhanteras for the auspicious start it provides to Diwali, with traditions focused on health, wealth, and new beginnings. They love Diwali for its stunning visual beauty, social gatherings, and messages of hope. Both festivals are deeply cherished for bringing families together and creating a sense of joy and renewal. Kunal is excited for Dhanteras and the upcoming Diwali celebration. While he prefers to have a homely Diwali, Dhanteras is what takes him out with his family.
Talking about his interest in shopping during Dhanteras, Kunal says, “It is an interesting Dhanteras today. I am going out to buy some gold for the house. I will also buy vessels for the house. Later in the evening, I have my Pickleball Tournament today. So it is going to be fun.”
Kunal likes to attend a few Diwali parties. Otherwise, he likes staying at home with his family. “The day of Diwali starts early in the morning for us. We go to the temple in the morning, and we do Diwali Puja at 5.30 PM. We do it at the same time every year, and this was started by my great-great-grandfather. My ancestors believed that the ‘shubh muhurat’ for Diwali Puja is always 5.30 PM, as there is a story related to Lord Krishna coming home after a day’s work, at that time, which is said to be always auspicious.”
For Diwali, as Kunal stresses it, “It will be a homely affair, with a few Diwali parties maybe.”
Here’s wishing all our readers a very Happy Dhanteras and Diwali!!
