The Hindi TV industry sees many newbies debuting on the small screen, and one such pretty debutant is Shivika Pathak. The actress is all set to be playing the lead Jeevika Rane in Colors TV’s upcoming show Agnisakshi… Ek Samjhauta.
Excited Shivika spoke about her show and said, “I am super excited. I wish audiences love my character and show. Essaying the role of Jeevika is a dream debut for me. She is chirpy, full of life, loves kids, and has faith in the old-fashioned notions of love. When I was offered the role, I was very surprised. And finally, when I bagged the show, the moment was surreal.”
When asked about the challenges she faced while getting into the skin of the character, she added, “In today’s time, every girl has big dreams and is very ambitious. Jeevika only wishes for a good husband, a happy family, and kids. So to essay, the role of a girl who is not ambitious towards her career but wants to settle down with a happy family was challenging for me. As I have a different thought process than her. Having said that, I do relate with Jeevika and I am enjoying playing the role.”
