Zee TV launched the second season of its immensely successful thriller, Brahmarakshas produced by Balaji Telefilms. The show features handsome hunk Pearl V. Puri, who was earlier seen in Colors show Naagin 3.
Brahmarakshas 2 is set to depict the journey of an ordinary young girl – Kalindi, whose destiny gets entwined with an evil force and a drastic twist of fate has her drawing all her inner strength to combat the wicked Brahmarakshas.
Talking about the show and character, Pearl says, “I am excited to be back on screen. I opted for this show for Ekta ma’am. I believe there are few people in your life who you can blindly trust and give credit to for a lot of things and she is one of them. I have faith in her and she has always trusted me. I play the role of Angad, who is a very peppy and flamboyant lad who believes in living life carefree and to the fullest.”
Commenting on working with co-star Nikki Sharma, he adds, “Nikki is a sweetheart. She keeps the set environment light and happy. She is very positive as well.”
On an end note, he mentions, “We are bringing a great show. However, it is the viewer’s choice and they like watching shows which they prefer. Having said that I am sure my fans who love me will watch the show and shower their blessing and love.”
