Dazzling Sayantani Ghosh, the diva of the entertainment industry, is grace and beauty personified. The lovely lady has wowed her fans and admirers via her impeccable performances over the years in the space of Indian television and cinema (Bigg Boss, Mahabharat, Himmatwala, Nayak, Sitara among others).
And guess what? The actress is someone who believes in self well being and taking apt care of health and skin.
So what is the mantra of her glowing skin? “As actors, it is indeed challenging for us to maintain a good skin tone and quality as we put lot of make-up almost every day. However, the key mantra for me is to eat right and drink lot of water. Keeping yourself hydrated is key, specially this summer season. Furthermore, you have to eat a lot of green vegetables and yes, always carry a sunscreen.”

Sayantani, sensible and smart, adds that no matter how expensive cream you purchase, nothing will reflect if you don’t feel well from within.
“I believe in the idea of beauty from within. It is truly essential. You need to be happy or else, on being stressed it leads to skin breakouts and hair fall.”
So how does she stay stress free? “I spend time with kids, listen to good music, watch shows on the internet and of course, spend quality time with friends. Be happy, be healthy.”
