Depression is a serious thing to deal with and everyone starting from common people to celebrities have had to deal with their share of depression.

So today, we take a quick look at four such names of the TV industry who opened up about depression as per reports in BollywoodLife.

Rubina Dilaik: The diva reportedly spoke quite a lot about her strenuous relationship with her parents and suicidal tendencies back in the past. We are glad that she has come out of it

Rashami Desai: The Bigg Boss 13 contestant had once revealed that she was down with depression for as many as four years due to personal reasons. We are glad she is better now.

Parth Samthaan: Parth had once shared the following quote on Instagram,

“Yes there were moments of depression and sadness during this lockdown, but that’s what gives us strength to be stronger and push ourselves so that one day when this pandemic is over .. We are Ready !!! To face this world againnnn !!!! #staypostive.”

Ankita Lokhande: The Pavitra Rishta actress was once quoted in an interview saying,

“I have been through depression myself. Mein bhi bahot buri haalat mein thi, mujhe bhi takleef hui thi, mujhe bhi bahot rona aaya tha ( I was in a bad shape, I was in a lot of pain and used to cry a lot). But I had only my family, friends and a few fans who have been with me right from the start.”
