Debina Bonnerjee the talented actress is looking forward to having a great Rakshabandhan this year. She gets talking with IWMBuzz.com about her pleasant Rakhi memories and also about her brother.
Says Debina, “Since I have a younger brother, Raksha Bandhan has a lot of significance in my life. Since childhood, I had been tying a rakhi in his hand and exchanging the meaning of the word.”
Debina shares a brotherly bond with of course her brother and also a friend. “I love my brother unconditionally. The second one is my friend cum brother Romanch. He is a person whom I can trust. I demand everything from him.”
Talking about her Rakhi memory, Debina states, “In my family, I am the only sister. I have a lot of brothers (Cousins). All of them used to sit in a line and I tied rakhi on their hands one by one. After that, we would eat food together and every year we would go to a local studio and click a picture. This way, we have pictures clicked during Rakshabandhan every year.”
On Rakhi plans this year, she states, “Like every year I will wake up and freshen up and get dressed in Indian attire and prepare the Rakhi Thali and wait for my brother to come. Mostly he comes pretty late these days… We will plan to eat food together. We will chitchat, and laugh a lot. Of course, I will gift him all his gifts.”
