Holi is a day of sheer celebration, which comes with a tagline of ‘forgive and forget’. The festival of colours certainly brings the inner child in a person alive, and this holds good for actors too. On the occasion of Holi, we at IWMBuzz.com connected with the leads of the Zee TV show, Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, Bharat Ahlawwat and Aayushi Khurrana.
Amidst their busy schedules and Holi shoot on the sets, we got to talk to Bharat and Aayushi, who literally brought out the child in them, to answer our questions.
As we know, Bharat Ahlawwat plays the role of Raghav Suryavanshi while Aayushi Khurrana plays Reet Suryavanshi.
Aayushi talked about the significance of Holi by saying, “For me, Holi is basically my inner child day. It is a day when I eat a lot of sweets, indulge with my friends and play with colours. I dance like nobody is watching. I just believe in enjoying every second with no stress and no rules. It is a time for pure celebration.”
While Aayushi was ready to enjoy the day to the fullest, Bharat was not far behind, as he clearly expressed his mind when we asked him about his first target for the day if he was a Holi water balloon. “Definitely, it will be Aayushi Khurrana, because I like teasing her.”
Bharat named his favourite Holi songs and said, “Jai Jai Shivshankar and Balam Pichkaari.”
Both Bharat and Aayushi were eager to party with friends on the day. They echoed in their sentiments when they said, “I will go out with friends, and get back early as we have to shoot the next day.”
