Ansh Bagri, known for his dynamic performances, is playing the lead character of Deva in a unique narrative Baghin on Star Bharat. When questioned about what motivated him to say yes to Baghin, Ansh expressed, “I was excited to portray a character unlike any I’ve played before. Deva’s depth and complexity, coupled with his sense of angst and being misunderstood, resonated with me deeply. I’ve always been drawn to characters that offer a challenge, and Deva certainly fits the bill. I truly believe that viewers will connect with Deva on a profound level, and the uniqueness of his character will set Baghin apart from other shows.”

Reflecting on his preference for platforms, Ansh emphasized his focus on the quality of the project rather than the medium. He said, “While my initial aspirations were geared towards the world of cinema, I found immense love and fulfilment in television due to the direct connection with the audience. Whether it’s TV, OTT, or movies, what matters most to me is the opportunity to showcase my talent and engage with viewers in a meaningful way.”

When discussing his preparations for the role of Deva, Ansh mentioned, “It was a multifaceted process that required both physical and mental dedication. I devoted myself to rigorous workouts and martial arts training, I immersed myself fully in the character. Additionally, maintaining a strict diet regimen was crucial to authentically embodying Deva’s persona. Despite the challenges, I’ve embraced the journey wholeheartedly and view it as a valuable learning experience.”
