Actor Ravi Gossain is excited about his ongoing role of Trilok aka Tilli in Colors’ Megha Barsenge, produced by Saurabh Tewari’s Parin Multimedia. As we know, the show has taken a leap of 10 years, post which Megha’s daughter Mannu, also known as Megha takes over as the lead. Neil Bhatt and Neha Rana continue to play the lead roles, while Kinshuk Mahajan will be shown as the older Manoj. Ravi Gossain essays the role of Trilok, the cousin brother of Manoj (Kinshuk Mahajan), who has taken the onus of raising Mannu. This role promises to be one of the most intriguing and complex characters in the show.

When asked about his new role, Ravi Gossain said, “I am thoroughly enjoying playing Triloki, a very powerful negative character. After my previous shows like Mehndi Wala Ghar and Dil Diyan Gallaan, this role is a challenging and interesting one. I am grateful to the producers, Keval ji and Saurabh ji of Parin Multimedia, for allowing me to take on such a dynamic character.”

“Whenever Parin Multimedia has taken me in their shows, they have given me challenging roles. I was presented in a big way in Madhubala and Sab Satrangi. In Megha Barsenge, this is a new family who has raised Mannu, as per the instructions of Manoj. They are into the business of stealing and want to drag the girl too into it. The look in Megha Barsenge is rusty, and I have seen to it that it is rough and different.”

Ravi has recently produced a big show for DD titled WAH USTAD. It is the first of its kind, Indian classical singing reality show which will grace big names as judges like Padam Shri Sajan Mishra, Anupam Kher, Meet brothers, Hariharan, Shaan, Talat Aziz, Ismail Darbar, Anup Jalota, Jaspinder Narula, Kunal Ganjawala etc. The show will launch soon.
