I have become choosy to avoid monotony: Aadesh Chaudhary 763475

Aadesh Chaudhary who has been part of many successful TV shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Bhagyavidhaata, Diya aur Baati Hum etc, has been trying his luck in the medium of OTT. He has shot for web series Sabse Bada Rupaiya, Dr Donn etc. Now he is presently playing a cop in Sony TV’s Crime Patrol 2.0.

Aadesh feels that since viewers have a lot of options for entertainment, which includes TV, OTT and also films to be watched on OTT, there has been a change in the way in which content makers also plan their projects. “When you make good content, the audience will appreciate it and watch it. I feel that it’s good that the audiences are exposed to a wide variety of content which in return keeps expanding the horizon for the makers too.”

The actor, however, stressed that a lot of similar content is being made on TV. He avers, “I feel that if a particular story grabs eyeballs, it becomes a trendsetter and everyone follows it. People will somehow add that sequence to their story. At one time, there were only shows based on middle-aged women, who wanted to make it big. And that is why I didn’t want to do television. I have become choosy to avoid monotony.”

Aadesh is inspired by the work of the late Irrfan Khan and wants to be remembered like him. As for his goals, he says, “I want to be known as a good actor. People should know me as a good actor rather than someone with just good looks. I want to perform like Irrfan Khan and grow every day as a performer and actor.”

Best of luck, Aadesh!!
