Getting into another Balaji show after Kundali Bhagya, how does it feel?

It feels like getting back home when we talk about doing a Balaji show after Kundali Bhagya. Everybody in the Balaji team has been extremely close to me; they have become an important part of my life. Kundali Bhagya has been a turning point in my life. So yes, I am happy to get back to the family.

Have you watched Parineetii earlier? What prompted you to take it up?

I have seen glimpses of Parineetii before. What prompted me to take it up was the channel and production. What else could be better than getting a Colors show and a Balaji show again? I did not want to let go of the opportunity to get back to the Balaji family.

I have never played anything similar to Aditya of Parineetii before: Paras Kalnawat 951456

Tell us about Aditya? How different will he be from the characters you have portrayed?

Aditya is a strong character who loves his family. He is close to his Dadi, who wants him to achieve big roles. He is someone who does not believe in love. I have played lover boy roles, the cute and boyish roles, before. But this role is of a man who does not believe in love, has a back story and a depth in him. I am playing this side of any character for the first time. I have never played anything similar to Aditya before.

You have made a few important decisions in your career so far. How do you go about when it comes to making such decisions about new work?

Yes, I did make quite a few important decisions in my career. I think a lot when it comes to taking new work. I think of every possibility of what the show will give me and what I can give to the role and gain from it. Every bit of this opportunity excited me. I am glad that my decisions are paying off in the right way. I did not want to do any project which will hamper the career graph that I have been carrying since I did my first TV show in 2017.

As an actor, how would you rate your growth as a performer now? What are the areas where you will want to work on yourself?

I will rate myself at 7 out of 10. My performance has gotten better since the time I started shooting for Anupamaa, which was a turning point for me back in 2020, as Samar. I have been growing as a performer since then. My reality show experience changed me too as I got to be more confident in myself. Every day, I grow as an actor, and that is the goal ahead.

Fans will love the difference that I will provide as Aditya. Aditya will look and feel different from all the roles that I have played so far.

What is your thoughts on generation leaps? What do you think is the USP needed for the audience to stay connected even after the leap?

Generation leaps are important for shows as they bring freshness and new bonds that the audience looks forward to. A change is needed in shows as they tend to get monotonous after a while. The USP, I believe, is the performance, and the chemistry between the main cast and the pairing of the lead pair. I am sure that viewers will love this phase of Parineetii, and the show will get new viewers for sure.

How does it feel to shoulder the responsibility of taking a successful show like Parineetii ahead now?

It is a big responsibility to take over the legacy of a show. I want to take this up very seriously, and I want to maintain the legacy and the quality of the show that has been delivered for the past three years. I want to make sure that there is no lack of commitment from my side.

How have your interactions been with the two female leads in the show?

My interaction has been extremely positive with both the female leads. I feel that shortly, we will form a great bond. So I look forward to forming a strong bond with both of them, as it is an important part of the journey, and it enables great chemistry onscreen.

What can your fans look forward to in this new stint of yours?

Fans will love the difference that I will provide as Aditya. Aditya will look and feel different from all the roles that I have played so far. I want them to accept me as Aditya and shower all their love on Parineetii. I call my fans my family. So I will want the support of my family.
