At just 22, Rudraksh Singh Chauhan is steadily carving his own path in the entertainment industry. With experience across television, short films, experimental projects and a film under John Abraham’s production, the young actor is now looking forward to opportunities that can help him establish a stronger identity on screen.
Rudraksh has worked on multiple projects with ETV MP and has featured in approximately 30–35 episodes of Dastaan-E-Jurm. He has also appeared in Zee TV’s Fear Files, gaining experience in different genres and storytelling formats. Apart from television, he has explored independent cinema, working as the main lead in a student short film, playing a major character in another and being part of other experimental projects.
One of the notable projects in his journey is the unreleased film Satra Ko Shaadi Hai, made under John Abraham’s production. Rudraksh has also been associated with Bigg Boss 18 through its media round and finale. These experiences have allowed him to understand different aspects of the entertainment industry while continuing to build his portfolio.
Rudraksh quotes, “I really want to enter into shows which can create my profile and allow me to establish my identity as an actor. I don’t just want to be present on screen; I want to be part of a character that has substance and allows the audience to remember me for my performance.”
He adds to it, “I have worked across television, short films and different experimental projects, and every experience has taught me something new. I feel every character and every project adds something to an actor’s journey. Now I want to take that experience forward and explore roles that challenge me and help me grow.”
He states, “For me, fame is not the only goal. I want to earn recognition through my work. I want people to watch a character and feel that I have genuinely brought something different to it. A strong role can give an actor much more than popularity; it can create an identity.”
Furthermore, he said, “I am looking for shows where I can get the opportunity to perform and show different shades as an actor. I want to keep experimenting and not restrict myself to one particular kind of role. I believe the right character at the right time can become a turning point in an actor’s career.”
He concludes, “My journey has already given me a lot of learning, but I feel this is just the beginning. I want to keep working, keep improving and wait for that one opportunity that can truly create my profile. I want my work to speak for me and eventually build an identity that people recognise.”
