After a phenomenal and deeply fulfilling run, Ayesha Singh is officially bidding adieu to the hit Colors TV show Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki, produced by Mukta Dhond’s Malhar Content Creators. As the show prepares to transition into an exciting new chapter with a brand-new cast and storyline, Ayesha opens up about her unforgettable journey, her special bond with co-star Adnan Khan, and what lies ahead.

Reflecting on the remarkable on-screen chemistry and off-screen camaraderie with Adnan Khan that captured millions of hearts, Ayesha shares how their contrasting personalities actually became their greatest strength on set. “On set, we are different human beings—poles apart—yet we clicked together. Friendship, mutual understanding, and profound respect towards each other’s work are what really worked for us. Our journey together was truly beautiful, and I would love to work with him again.”

When asked about her upcoming career moves and the kind of roles she wants to take on next, Ayesha emphasises that she is keeping her canvas open, seeking projects that resonate deeply rather than locking herself into a specific genre. “When you step into this world, there are varied colours, and with a blank canvas, you can do so much. I am keeping my options open and not looking for anything particular, but I want something that touches my heart. Just like when I first auditioned for Sai in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, I refused to audition for other roles and was stubborn about bagging Sai’s role. Similarly, wen I heard the story of Mannat in Mukta ma’am’s office and had tears in my eyes—the vision was so clear. I am going with the flow and will be happy wherever life takes me. Ultimately, I want something challenging that helps me grow and pushes me to work a little harder on myself.”

Looking back at the emotional highs and lows of playing Mannat, Ayesha expresses profound gratitude for the unwavering faith and love of her fans, especially as someone who prefers to stay away from the noise of social media. “In today’s age and time where we are expected to be constantly present on social media, I am amazed and deeply grateful for the immense love and appreciation I received despite not being very active there. This support and faith mean the world to me.”
