Talented thespian Ronit Roy, who became popular as Mr. Rishabh Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, is excited that viewers will get to see the show again. The popular Star Plus daily is all set for a rerun for TV audiences. Talking about the same Ronit said, “I am very excited as the loyal fans of the show will be getting another opportunity to watch it. Fans still refer to me as Mr. Bajaj. There is double excitement as the new generation will also get to witness this iconic show. I am very excited to witness the reaction of the new generation on our daily.”
Commenting about the iconic salt and pepper look of Mr. Bajaj, he added, “I witness today also people follow that look. I don’t know whether this trend was started because of me or it was there. But I know nowadays there are silver sprays for hair. During our time, the artists used to colour silver hair. It is a happy feeling that fans loved the look and continued to follow it.”
Back then Ronit was working simultaneously on two TV shows Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. When asked how challenging it was to manage two shows, he mentioned, “It was one of the most challenging phases of my life. I was working 12 hours for one show and another 12 for another show. Those 5-6 years were the most challenging. Initially, it was difficult. However, as time passed, I got used to it. I used to stay at the studio and eat there only. I did not think twice about the challenges because after 25 years I got this big opportunity, so I just grabbed it. I got married, had kids, bought a house, all happened during that time, so I was happy.”
