Shilpa Shinde who yesterday had put a funny post regarding Karanvir Bohra putting a bra on his head is taking the subsequent trolling in her stride. “ Don’t I have the right to comment on the world’s best show as a viewer. Also this world’s biggest show is meant for entertainment, why can’t I have some fun? I have never baulked at expressing my opinion till now and don’t plan to start any time soon,” say this winner of last year ‘s Bigg Boss.”
“As for sentiments I have never said I am God or devi; I will have my opinion which you might or might not like. Also if you have seen the entire video one the contestant said exactly the same thing which I wrote. And here he is being spared, why I am trolled.”
Here Shilpa gets serious and adds that, “What Karanvi did was not wrong, everything is also age appropriate. He needs to understand that he is no longer a young guy any more. Rather he is father of two baby girls, what would they feel if they see their father putting a bra on his head. Had a younger guy among the lot had done, it still would have been fine.”
Shilpa also has no qualms about carrying her support for Sreesanth on her sleeve. “For he is the only contestant really playing the game. He is; unlike others who wants to play to the galleries. Somebody please tell Dipika that I did not win just by cooking; that was needed to survive. Also her constant snipping of Sree is not done. I understand what he has gone through and it is not easy to come out of such hardships (alleged match fixing).”
When asked as to what when wrong this year as the ratings have been low on the back of less dramatic personalities. “Well I think somewhere the casting did go awry; also our season had really raised the bar. But you also need to understand that magic happens only once and season 11 was one unique experience.”
