Urvashi Dholakia, who rose to fame with her iconic character Komolika on Kasautii Zindagii Kay, is celebrating 18 years of the popular show.
The show also featured Shweta Tiwari, Cezanne Khan, Ronit Roy in pivotal roles.
Urvashi got nostalgic and shared, “Being a part of Kasautii Zindagii Kay will forever be the most memorable thing for me. The love and recognition it gave me was something unseen and unheard of unlike any other negative character in that time. Of course I had been working way before that but this show was an absolute breakthrough for my career. At the mere age of 23, I became a household name and believe me or not I am still known and remembered as Komolika. What more could I ask for? I will always be truly thankful to Balaji Telefilms and Ekta Kapoor and the entire team for believing in me.”
