Jannat Zubair began her career as a child artist in the television industry. As a 16-year-old teen, the actress also portrayed the main character in Tu Aashiqui. She then switched to social media apps and created videos which brought her to the limelight. She became more well-known during the pandemic as viewers turned more frequently to digital media when television came to a halt.
Jannat has now returned to television with the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. The show has already started airing and so we can expect some action-packed stunts from her. In the first few episodes, Jannat can be seen diligently performing her stunts and receiving praise from the host Rohit Shetty and her co-contestants. She is still creating amusing and entertaining content for her Instagram account. Very recently, Jannat posted a dance reel in which she can be seen grooving to the tunes of the song ‘Ji Huzoor’ from the Ranbir Kapoor-Vaani Kapoor starrer ‘Shamshera’. With neatly tied hair, leather pants and boots she looks astonishing as she fiercely matches the steps just as Ranbir has in the song. Jannat completed her look with big hoops and bold red lips.
Talking about how she agreed to participate in the show, Jannat told Pinkvilla in an interview, “The show in itself has many reasons, one of them being that it is India’s biggest action reality show! I want people to know that I don’t watch TV but I watch Khatron Ke Khiladi. So, it stands out and people love it. It isn’t like any other reality show where you are just fighting and doing XYZ. This show helps you in conquering your fears and pushing your limits. You get to know your strengths and capabilities. You keep surprising yourself here. The amount of experience that Khatron Ke Khiladi gives you in a few days, I doubt even our entire life can’t give that kind of an adrenaline rush.”
